The most popular office area are the 3-major wards of Tokyo metropolice; Chiyoda wards,chuo wards and minato ward. Major district for office use in each of these wards are Marunouchi and Otemachi within the Chiyoda ward, Nihonbashi in Chuo ward and Roppongi in Minato ward.
The second popular areas are Shinjuku ward and Shibuya ward.Recently especially Shibuya is popular for foreign tourers.
3.What is the most important point to consider when investing in a rental office building?
Most important points for office investment are location, size ,and facility. Office tenants consider the grade ,building specifications and business locations for their activities.
